Faith in Action is seeking a candidate to fill a part time Social Worker position. This person will help in several areas of the agency: with special programs, intakes, record keeping, and general staffing.
DETAILS: Part time social worker at human services safety net agency needed for support work in food pantry, clothing room, and for special programs like backpacks and Christmas. Will help with client intake, record keeping, and volunteer staff support. Successful candidate will have basic knowledge of social service field and good organizational skills, including Microsoft Office, be able to perform program elements at professional level without close supervision, have good communication skills, and have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an area of human services.
